    These terms and conditions govern your use of KidNCode online services, including our website, learning platforms, and camps. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

    Online Terms

    1.1 Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using KidNCode’s online services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These apply to all users, including students, parents, and guardians.

    1.2 Program Overview

    KidNCode provides online coding and technology education for children, including:

    • Coding, AI/ML, game development, and related subjects
    • Live, instructor-led sessions with small groups
    • Age-appropriate curriculum for children ages 6–16

    1.3 Age & Parental Responsibility

    • Enrollment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian
    • Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising participation
    • KidNCode complies with all child privacy and safety laws, including COPPA

    1.4 Technical & Learning Environment Requirements

    To ensure the best online learning experience, students should have:

    • Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
    • Computer or tablet with an updated browser
    • Working webcam and microphone
    • Quiet, undisturbed environment
    • Recommended: Dual monitors or a large screen for multitasking and project work

    1.5 User Responsibilities

    By using our services, you agree to:

    • Provide accurate registration information
    • Attend classes on time and actively participate
    • Follow instructor guidance and classroom rules
    • Make timely payments and comply with policies

    1.6 Acceptable Use

    Users must not:

    • Violate laws or regulations
    • Disrupt sessions or interfere with learning
    • Share harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
    • Attempt unauthorized system access

    1.7 Account Responsibility

    • Keep login credentials confidential
    • Maintain accurate account information
    • Report unauthorized activity immediately

    1.8 Code of Conduct & Zero-Tolerance

    • Respect instructors and classmates
    • No bullying, harassment, or inappropriate behavior
    • Violations may result in removal without refund

    1.9 Discounts & Promotions

    • Promotions apply only to the first month unless stated
    • Standard pricing applies from the second month onward
    • Offers cannot be combined and are subject to availability

    1.10 First Month Free & Promotional Pricing

    • Pay for the second month upfront; first month is free
    • Cancel within 15 days of first class → full refund of second month
    • Cancel after 15 days → no refund, continue using free first month and paid second month
    • From second month onward, standard pricing applies

    1.11 Cancellation & Refund Policy

    • Minimum 15-day written notice required
    • Refunds processed within 10–15 business days to original payment method
    • 25 administrative fee may apply
    • Non-refundable: registration, enrollment, materials, and promotional fees
    • Exceptions considered for documented emergencies

    All cancellations must be submitted in writing via:

    • Join sessions on time (recommended 5 minutes early)
    • Active participation is strongly encouraged
    • Regular attendance is important for optimal learning

    • Curriculum and teaching materials remain KidNCode property
